Speaker: Dr Michael Whittall
A senior lecturer at Nottingham Trent University, Michael Whittall resides in Germany where he is associate professor at the Technical University in Munich. Although in recent years he has focussed specifically on the European Works Council Directive, his work addresses a wide range of industrial relations subjects. These include, German industrial relations, in particular the changing orientation of German corporate governance, managing insecurity within new workplace regimes, trade union organisation within the British car industry and trade union recognition within the UK.
The workshop will be delivered in the English language
