Aiming for your personal development, you spend two days of continuous outdoor activity with a chance to live through exciting action with the help of specialised facilitators and psychologists. You learn to function as part of a team, to communicate, form teams, act as a leader, and to best manage your time and stress.
This is an exciting educational game, which helps students apply their knowledge of business strategy and challenge their creativity thus gaining valuable experiences. During this interactive workshop, the students form teams and for three days they have the opportunity to lead a major multinational company by taking responsibility for its finances, its investments and even its share price. Their decisions and actions are evaluated through a specially selected software system, which after taking into consideration certain parameters, such as competition, presents to each team the results of their actions in figures, thus proclaiming the winners.
Based on a pre-specified theme and budget, students organise and plan a three day event related to their course of study. The proposals are presented to the academic staff of Athens GSM, who approve the plans and then assess the outcome and the performance of the students.
Within the context of Learning Sets, students form teams aimed at promoting knowledge and understanding. This is achieved through meetings during which they have the opportunity to focus on specific issues related to their learning, exchange thoughts, share professional experiences and come up with new approaches and solutions to business issues.
