Buildings have a great impact on the environment. Students learn about controlling the internal and external building environmental effects; and strategies for the efficient use buildings.

Evaluates strategies for corporate real estate management by considering and evaluating designs, occupation and disposal. You will learn how to undertake financial appraisals, manage space and utilise property as an asset.
