ACTA Certification Organisation

ACTA is a spinoff of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the largest university in Greece. Its aim and commitment is to provide certificates of skills and knowledge, both in Greece and abroad, with the prestige of the Body from which it is founded.

From its very beginning, ACTA has committed itself to focusing on the high standard and quality of certification services. In order to keep up with the continuously increasing demand for skills certification in Greece and Europe, ACTA is committed to continuing lifelong learning.

ACTA certifications are the first of their kind to be provided by a spinoff of a Greek University, connecting the University’s know-how and research with the needs of the Greek and European Labor market. ACTA promotes and conducts all of the examinationsrequired by their certification schemes, with the co-operation of an extensive network of schools and institutions, both private and public, all over Greece. These are referred to as “Examination Centers”, examples of which include the Institutions of Vocational Training, Computer Schools, private and public, primary and/or secondary level schools, to name a few.

Staying alert in the ever-changing world of vocational qualifications and training needs, in accordance with E.U. directives, ACTA has developed a wide variety of training modules and certifications covering multiple levels of educational needs. With a current total of 89 certifications, ACTA SA can provide qualification solutions to a vast number of the total labor workforce, both in Greece and across Europe.
